Hi @registroswe,
Is the windows display settings crashing even if there's no spacedesk viewer connected?

Yes it is, I can't even access my display settings anymore, I've tried a lot of things but STILL CRASHING.

Ive tried all of these ( removed link ), so don't tell me these again.

I think is some sort of driver issue

Hi @registroswe,
Can you please quickly try to run services.msc, find spacedeskService and stop it.
Check if you can open the display settings, then let us know the result.

Hi @registroswe,
Next try: (keep spacedeskService stopped)
- Please run devmgmt.msc on your primary machine.
- On device manager click View tab -> Devices by connection.
- find "spacedesk virtual Bus", right-click -> Disable device
- check if display settings still crashing

- if it's still crashing, back on device manager expand the "spacedesk virtual HID device"
- one by one right click -> "Disable device" all devices underneath "spacedesk virtual HID device"
Note: For "HID Keyboard device", just right-click -> Uninstall device
- if all devices are already disabled, then you can disable now the "spacedesk virtual HID device"
- then try again with display settings if it's cashing

Hi @registroswe,
Thanks for quickly trying it.

Could you please send us the following:
- dxdiag.txt (just run dxdiag.exe then click "Save All Information)"
- C:\Users\Public\spacedeskSetup.log file
save both files in one folder then right-click it -> Send to -> Compressed (zipped) folder, then attach the *.zip file on your next reply.
