Win 10 cannot connect to ipad pro 3. Gen

Hi guys!

I'm using:
Win 10 - 1909 (managed by my company) but I'm allowed to install software!
Spacedesk Server 0.9.92 
Spacedesk App 1.0.39 
iPad Pro 3. Gen - 14.4.2

I've installed and rebooted afterwards both systems .

My ip addresses are in the same network 192.168.10.39 and 192.168.10.16
I cannot connect via viewer.spacedesk.net or spacedesk app

The firewall settings have been set successfully.

The app is ongoing trying to connect without success. The web page says that the connection fails.

What can I do???

Hi @bjoern,
Can you try to ping the IP address from your primary machine?
Just run command prompt then type the command: ping <IP of your secondary machine>.
And if possible do it also the other way around.
To check if both machine's are reachable to each other.

Is this the first time you install spacedesk?
Is spacedeskService running? (Just run services.msc then check for spacedeskService)
Is spacedesk SERVER status shows ON(idle)? (Just click the spacedesk tray icon in the task bar to open the spacedesk server window)

Hi Lea!

 

Indeed ping to each other was not possible. 

I checked my network options and Sharing was not enabled. Sorry I do not have the correct 1:1 translation from German. But it is an option within the extended network options, which I had to enable.

I had also to reboot my win10 system. So far it looks stable although I had some problems to reconnect!
