Win 10 - 1909 (managed by my company) but I'm allowed to install software!

Spacedesk App 1.0.39
iPad Pro 3. Gen - 14.4.2
I've installed and rebooted afterwards both systems .
My ip addresses are in the same network 192.168.10.39 and 192.168.10.16
I cannot connect via viewer.spacedesk.net or spacedesk app
The firewall settings have been set successfully.
The app is ongoing trying to connect without success. The web page says that the connection fails.
What can I do???
