Washed out colors on main displays

Hello,

I am currently using two displays and would like to use spacedesk as a third monitor.

When my tablet is connected via mini USB, the colors on my other displays appear washed out, almost like the gamma or brightness has increased. Everything looks more white on my two main monitors connected via displayport.

Anyone else experience this?

Thank you for any and all help,

Tyler

Hi @typo,

This is the first time we received such feedback.
Can you possibly send us a short video or screenshot of this issue?
For further analysis, could you please run dxdiag.exe on your primary machine, click "Save All Information", save the output file (dxdiag.txt) then attach it on your next reply.

PS: Attach option should be visible below the text editor after your second post.

Here is the DxDiag file, and I will try and get a video shortly.

A video might not do it justice, so I tried to get a photo...somewhat difficult to see.
This is while the third monitor is on. This is an image of my primary display.

Hi @typo,
Thanks for sending the images. Actually, we can't see any difference between the two.
Can you also try to check on your Nvidia Control Panel -> Display -> Adjust Desktop color settings, maybe try different settings and check if it helps.

@spacedesklea,
so you are purporting that I need to adjust my settings every single time I connect the third monitor?

Hi @typo,
We just want to confirm if changing the color settings in Nvidia control panel will help to correct the desktop color.

So far we cannot reproduce this color issue on our side since we have limited resources at the moment (due to pandemic) so we cannot further analyze it and come up with a possible fix.
