[Solved] VIEWER don't launch in Windows 10

Hi,

I've installed spacedesk VIEWER in my Windows 10 computer.

When I want to start it, it show me a white window and close it immediately.

How to cure it?

For further analysis, could you please send us the following:
1. Dxdiag file - run dxdiag.exe on your Windows 10 machine where you installed the viewer, click "Save All Information", save the output file (dxdiag.txt).
2. spacedesk viewer trace log file (if available)
   - download the debugview here  then run the Dbgview.exe (as administrator) on your Windows 10 computer, make sure to check the Capture tab -> Capture Win32 and Capture Events
   - try to run the windows viewer while debugview is running
   - check if debugview shows spacedesk viewer traces e.g. "SA [xxxx:xxxx] : SA....."
   - if there's a trace, please save the log file.
Save both files in one folder, then right-click Send to -> Compressed (zipped) folder, then attach the zipped file on your next reply.

Hi @spacedesklea

Thanks for you help but, since I've started my computer today, the Viewer application now works normally, I don't know why (I haven't do anything, I've just start the Viewer this morning).
