Windows 10 ( v2004 ). Since v0.9.63 performance is bad over 1Gbps net. You have more lag and screen suffer frame drops.

My test is put any 1080p video in full screen. In a budget chinese tablet video reproduction is smooth untill v0.9.61 ( 23 fps sustained ). I didnt made any modification, only change server build. Tablet runs v0.9.25 client always. When i reinstall v0.9.61 all works well again.

Thanks in advance

Hi @braintheboss,

In our recent spacedesk driver v0.9.63 the lag issue should be fixed(confirmed by several users).
Our previous versions before v0.9.63 has a terrible lag issue on viewers and main monitor.
But in your case it's the opposite which is strange.

Is the lag only happens on all viewer screen? Or there's also lag in your main monitor?

We will check and try to reproduce it on our side.
For further analysis, could you please run dxdiag.exe on your primary machine click "Save All Information" then attach the output file (dxdiag.txt) on your next reply.

In my case since v0.9.38 mouse smooth and performance in overall is awesome. About current problem:

1) My problems are in slave screen. Main screen is fine

2) Mouse movement is not smooth and performance is bad ( in slave screen )

3) I haven't lag in main screen if I use good connection. If I use wifi ( bad connection due cheap tablet ) i suffer main screen performance degradation due server wait slave screen update finish for continue. Not idea why slave screen affects main screen performance in this case.

I uploaded dxdiag file. My main tablet ( surface pro 6 ) have last w10 version with all updates applied. I have drivers up to date too. As I commented with v0.9.61 performance is fantastic even using low level chinese tablet. I'm very impressed with your application

I hope this helps. I can make a video if you want see real effect.

Thanks in advance

I tried last build with my laptop over 2.4ghz wifi ( lenovo yoga pro 2 ) and it works perfect ( honestly so good for be wifi ). Then i'm thinking maybe main problem is my tablet it haven't hardware acceleration and maybe some builds affects his performance.

I have same tablet but with slightly modern atom cpu ( it have hardware acceleration ). I can test it next week. If last build works well in that tablet then we can accept my other tablet is so bad for deserve spend time and you can ignore this thread. I will inform you when i'm able to do test

Thank in advance

Finally i made test with tablet with GPU acceleration ( Teclast x98 plus ) and works perfect. Then as i commented it must be a problem with tablet without acceleration. For me this thread is closed. Thank you

PS: Tablet without acceleration was Teclast X98 Air 3. Only difference is atom CPU

Hi @braintheboss,
Thank you very much for further testing your devices.
We are glad that the lag was only caused by a non accelerated device.

In case you encounter other issues with spacedesk, just let us know.
We are always glad to receive user feedback.
