Hi. I noticed my spacedesk wasn't starting up so I tried to uninstall this. The uninstallation got stuck at around 15% and won't progress. It doesn't let me cancel it either, I have to kill the task and restart my PC to retry. Upon retrying, uninstall nor repair work. Please help me out.  I want to reinstall it so I can continue using it

Hi @xyppie,

What do you mean by "spacedesk wasn't starting up"? Is spacedeskService not running (you can check it when you run services.msc then check the status of spacedeskService? Is it always happening?

Could you please send us the following for further analysis:
- run dxdiag.exe on your primary machine, click "Save all information" and send us the output file (dxdiag.txt)
- spacedeskSetup.log file located in C:\Users\Public
- setupapi.dev.log file located in C:\Windows\INF

Please save all requested files in one folder, then right-click -> Send to -> Compressed (zipped) folder, then attach the *.zip file on your next reply.
Looking forward to your feedback.
PS: Attach option should be visible on your side after your second post.
