If both Primary Machine and Secondary Machine are on the same LAN, then the screen is only transmitted over the local LAN. This can be verified by the fact that Private IP-Addresses are used (see IETF RFC 1918 standard for Private IP-Addresses 10.x.x.x or 172.16.x.x-172.31.x.x or 192.168.x.x). Transmission to these Private IP-Addresses can never happen over the internet because internet routers ignore this IP-Address range. This applies even when using spacedesk HTML5 Viewer in a Web Browser. spacedesk HTML5 Viewer uses a Websocket to connect locally to the spacedesk Primary Machine over LAN without using the internet.
