Unable to find client and server

Just installed both versions yesterday, was working last night with usb tethering but now the server (windows 10) can't find the client, and the client can't seem to detect the server through usb tethering. My issue is that it isn't working anymore, but it did last night.

Could you please try some of our suggestions below:
1. Manual input of IP address, just click the "+" button on the viewer app then type the IP address of your primary machine.
2. Switch server OFF-ON. Open the spacedesk server window by clicking the tray icon in the notification area, then click the menu button, then click OFF and ON.
Then check if viewer can detect now the primary machine.
3. Restart the spacedeskService on your primary machine, just run "services.msc" then find spacedeskService then right-click Restart.

In case our suggestions above did not help, could you please run dxdiag.exe on your primary machine, click "Save All Information" then attach the output file (dxdiag.txt) on your next reply.
By the way, what client type are you using? Android/iOS/Windows/HTML5?
