I got a disconnection error due to a server error
error code 2-5
Error information 0-5 disconnects manually
how can i fix it

Hi @nguyenthang2001,

Can you also tell us the connection time below the error code?

Did you notice any error notification on your primary machine?

Do you maybe have splashtop WiredX display installed on your primary machine?

Do you have Nvidia ShadowPlay/screen recording/instant replay enabled on your primary machine?
