Hi @binariez,
In some cases, when spacedesk is connected over USB tethering connection, the USB driver used by USB tethering network causes a BSOD crash.
Please try to update the Windows USB driver via Windows Update.
Could you please send us the following to further analyze and verify if this is the same case:
1. dxdiag.txt (just run dxdiag.exe click "Save All Information")
2. most recent *.dmp file located in C:\Windows\minidump folder, .
Please save the *.dmp file in a folder, then right-click -> Send to -> Compressed (zipped) folder, then attach the *.zip file on your next reply.
PS: Attach option should be visible on your side after your second post.
hi, i want to inform that my account above has been banned for no reason so i made this one again because i didn't see any link to contact forum administrator. also i don't see attach option to send the dxdiag copy and dump file though
Hi @binariez / @binariez2,
We have already unbanned your first account. We are very sorry for the inconvenience.
Attach option will be visible on your side after your second post.
thank you. here's the copy of dxdiag and dmp file. i couldn't paste the dxdiag.txt contents as it was limited to 2000 characters so i put both files in one archive
Hi @binariez,
Thanks for sending the requested files.
We are currently analyzing the dmp file and it seems to be a different BSOD.
The bug check on your dump file is UNEXPECTED_STORE_EXCEPTION (154).
This is different bug check compared to the known BSOD on USB driver with USB tethering connection.
Can you please try the Troubleshooting Tips here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/drivers/debugger/bug-check-0x154--unexpected-store-exception
Then try again with spacedesk. If BSOD still occur, please send us the latest dump file again.
Looking forward to your feedback.
