trying to install facebook

Hi @aryan,

Could you please clarify, is it facebook? or spacedesk?
If there's an installation error in our spacedesk MSI installer, could you please tell us the exact error message or maybe send us the screenshot, just attach it on your next reply.

For further analysis, could you also please send us the spacedeskSetup.log file located in C:\Users\Public.

Hi @aryan,

Thank you for sending the requested files.
Could you please try the following steps below:
- Open the Local Group Policy Editor window, just run Command Prompt as Admin, type "gpedit" then enter
- Go to Computer Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> System -> Device Installation -> Device Installation Restrictions
- Check if the item "Prevent installation of devices using drivers that match these device setup classes" is enabled.
If it's enabled, please double click it then click "Disabled" button -> Apply the changes and close the window.
After the steps above, please try again with the spacedesk installation.

Looking forward to your feedback.

I tried the steps you mentioned above. The result is still the same. I get the same error message as before.

For further analysis, could you please send us the following files from your primary machine:
- setupapi.dev.log file located in C:\Windows\INF folder
- run dxdiag.exe on your primary machine, click "Save all information" and send us the output file
