Spacedesk will not open on primary machine

Hi, 

For the last 3 days I switch computer on, try to connect with my tablet. try to open Spacedesk on primary machine, nothing.  

i uninstall on primary, reinstall, and it works for the day.   then come the next day... same issue.

i have added to firewall, got VPN set correctly, and as detailed it works when I've just installed it... but then it just dies the next day.  please help.

primary: windows 10

device: android tablet.

Hi @i_am_cheadle,

So you were able to connect to spacedesk with VPN active and set correctly?
Can you quickly try to reinstall spacedesk, check if it works then reboot your primary machine then try again if it still works.

Hi Lea, 

just tried that, and as with each other day once machine has been rebooted spacedesk doesn't work.

Hi @i_am_cheadle,
so it only works after installation?
Can you check again if spacedeskService is running after reboot?
- reinstall spacedesk
- reboot
- run services.msc and find spacedeskService and check if it's running
- if it's stopped, please try to restart it

By the way, are you using the latest spacedesk Driver v0.9.69?
For further analysis, could you please run dxdiag.exe on your primary machine, click "Save All Information", then attach the output file (dxdiag.txt) on your next reply.

Did you already tried this?

Is the spacedeskService not running after reboot?
