spacedesk restart my tabletPC

As Title

I update after 2021/1/1

My TabletPC Working fine,

but it will auto restart when spacedesk connection in 3~10 minute

problem is continued...help!

Primary machine operating system

 windows 10 20H2
Secondary machine operating system

 Android 8.1.0
- Primary machines's Graphics adapter

 Nvidia Drive ver.461.09
- Network connection type (Wired/Wireless/USB tethering/Wifi Direct/Hosted Network)

 USB tethering or Wireless

Hi @siduti,

This is the first time we received such report.
spacedesk Windows 10 driver should not trigger a reboot event on your PC.
Are you sure you don't have any pending or ongoing Windows update installation on your primary machine? Could you please double check on your Windows Settings?

For further analysis, could you please run dxdiag.exe on your primary machine, click "Save All Information", then attach the output file (dxdiag.txt) on your next reply.
PS: Attach option should be visible on your side after your second post.

Sorry, I supplement explanation,

Primary machine = PC, no update installation

Secondary machine = tabletPC ←it will restart

 

I not finding the attach option,but can download the file(dxdiag.txt) in here↓

I see.. so it's your secondary machine that is restarting.

This is android, right? What is the brand/model of this tablet?
Is it device restart or viewer app restart only?

Yes, Android 8.1.0

Acer B3-A50

device restart

 

it often restart only in spacedesk connectioning after 2021/1/1

Hi @siduti,
Thanks for clarification.
This is a strange behavior.
Our spacedesk Android Viewer app should not trigger a device restart on any android devices.
It's just a simple application that receives desktop screen images, it should not affect any device settings.
Can you try to reinstall the spacedesk android viewer app from the google playstore, then check again.
Then also try connecting via HTML5 viewer, just open your web browser (e.g. google chrome) then go to http://viewer.spacedesk.net/, then type the IP address of your primary machine to connect then check if it also triggers a device restart.

I remove the app and setup again,then it not restart.

 

But app version is same,so is config error?

 

I try it,then I find problem,if the "custom FPS" set to 60FPS,it will restart again.

 

Set to 30FPS it Working fine...
