Hi @quielzin,
For further analysis, could you please send us the following:
- run dxdiag.exe on your primary machine, click "Save all information" and save the output file (dxdiag.txt)
- spacedeskSetup.log file located in C:\Users\Public
- setupapi.dev.log file located in C:\Windows\INF

Please save all requested files in one folder, then right-click -> Send to -> Compressed (zipped) folder, then attach the *.zip file on your next reply.
Looking forward to your feedback.

PS: Attach option should be visible below the text editor after your second post.

Hi @quielzin,

Thanks for sending the requested files.
Based on the setupapi.dev.log file, our spacedesk HID driver installation is failing due to missing or corrupted mshidumdf.sys file on your system.
This is Microsoft's pass-through HID to UMDF Driver that should be present on your system.

Could you please run SFC (System File Checker) to restore the corrupt or missing mshidumdf.sys file.
Just run a Command Prompt as Administrator and type the command "sfc /scannow" <enter>.
After that please reboot your primary machine and try again with spacedesk installation.

Please also check if you have pending Windows Update on your system and make sure to install it.
