Is the spacedesk server window shows connected status (but no update in the viewer screen)?
Can you also check in Display Settings window of your primary machine if you can find the secondary display attached?
Which mode are you using? Extension or Mirror mode?
Can you send us a screenshot of the viewer screen showing blue screen with bar at the bottom?

- Operating system (Windows 7 / 8.1 / 10)
- Graphics Adapter (AMD / Intel / Nvidia / Microsoft Basic Display)
Please run dxdiag.exe on your primary machine, click "Save All Information", then attach the output file (dxdiag.txt) on your next reply.
