PROBLEM UNINSTALLING SPACEDESK

Hello, I installed the program on an HP laptop with windows 10 and on an Ipad. I was looking to be able to extend my desktop on the ipad, but I only managed to see the same screen as on the laptop. I uninstalled the software but now my laptop does not recognize other screens connecting via HDMI. Only screen 1 appears as the only option but now indicates it as screen: 1/2 (the same screen). 

If I connect another screen does not recognize it. I've already uninstalled the drivers from the video card, there are no hardware issues, but it no longer recognizes others.

Can you help me make my laptop work the way it used to?

You can easily switch to extension mode via display settings windows on multiple displays drop down list, you can select Duplicate there.

Did you encounter any error message during uninstallation of spacedesk?
For further analysis, could you please send us the following:
- run dxdiag.exe on your primary machine, click "Save all information" and send us the output file
- spacedeskSetup.log file located in C:\Users\Public
- setupapi.dev.log file located in C:\Windows\INF

Please save all requested files in one folder, then right-click -> Send to -> Compressed (zipped) folder, then attach the *.zip file on your next reply.
PS: Attach option should be visible on your side after your second post.

Did you also tried to reboot your primary machine and check again?

We are currently investigating and fixing this uninstall issue.
A new driver installer will be available very soon.
We will get back to you as soon as it's available.
