Now doesn't work anymore

Good day.

Some days ago I have installed and it was marvellous.

But a week later doesn't work....

I have tried to install new versions but nothing

All done as administrator and in the firewall there is the ecception.

How can I send you the log?

Are you using the most recent spacedesk Driver and Viewer version?
Can you further describe what is happening.
Does the viewer cannot discover the primary machine anymore?
Does it not connecting anymore? Did you get any error code upon connection attempt?
For further assistance please also refer to the troubleshooting procedures in our user manual

If user manual did not help, could you please send us the following:
- run dxdiag.exe on your Primary Machine, click "Save all information" and send us the output file (Dxdiag.txt)
- spacedeskSetup.log file located in C:\Users\Public

Please save all requested files in one folder, then right-click -> Send to -> Compressed (zipped) folder, then attach the *.zip file on your next reply.
