Issues with Spacedesk

Hi,

I have been a regular user of Spacedesk for about two months now and it has been a great experience. However recently, I have been experiencing some issues. Firstly, after connecting and using spacedesk for a while, the Spacedesk viewer application hangs and exits from the connection abruptly. Secondly, even if the primary machine is showing up on the viewer, it can't connect.

Do you have any suggestions for the problems I am facing?

Hi @asatam,
Did you update to our most recent spacedesk Driver version 0.9.38?
You can download it from our website https://spacedesk.net.
What is your viewer type? Android/iOS/Windows/HTML5?
For further analysis, could you please run dxdiag.exe on your primary machine, click "Save all information", save the output file (dxdiag.txt) then attach it on your next reply.
