Hi @mstfrknn,

Can you please confirm that the blue screen (BSOD) happened when the mouse is moved on the spacedesk display?
Is there any Nvidia programs/features (e.g. ShadowPlay) running when the problem happened?

For further analysis, please attach the following files on your next reply:
1. Dxdiag text file (dxdiag.txt), just run dxdiag.exe on the Primary Machine, then select "Save All Information"
2. Minidump file of this BSOD located in C:\Windows\Minidump
3. spacedesk_log_xxxx.etl log files located in C:\Users\Public\spacedesk_logs folder
4. Latest WudfHost_ext__xxxx.dmp files located in C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\WDF
ProgramData folder is hidden by default, in case you cannot find it, you should enable first the "Show hidden files, folders and drives" option. Open a File Explorer -> View -> Options, on Folder Options window, click View tab then click "Show hidden files, folders and drives" then apply the changes.

Hi @mstfrknn,

Thank you very much for sending us the files.
We are currently analyzing the log and dump files but
it seems that the cause of the blue screen (BSOD) error is our spacedesk Keyboard driver.
Disabling spacedesk Keyboard in the Device Manager might temporarily fix the problem.
We will get back to you once we have fully analyzed the problem.

Hi @mstfrknn,

We checked the setup log files and it showed that spacedesk was not uninstalled and installed properly specifically the spacedesk Keyboard and Mouse.

Do you still have this problem recently?
Please try to uninstall spacedesk then reboot the machine then install again.
Then please send us the spacedeskSetup.log located in C:\Users\Public folder.

After disabling the spacedesk keyboard driver, the problem didn't continue and I can use it without any problem.
I had backed up the files before the problem was solved and sent them to be useful

Hi @mstfrknn,

Thank you very much for the log files.

Do you maybe have Kaspersky antivirus installed on your primary machine?
