Hi, i used spacedesk on my laptop once before, but now i tried again but was not working. On the bottom right the icon was with a yellow exclamation sign, and only said "Error". I uninstalled, reinstalled but now its saying "Installation Error".

Info: Windows 10 basic (I cant open gpedit.msc) / tablet android from 2019 / Nvidia / Wireless

What can I do?

Thanks.

Hey, I updated Windows and now I can install it normally, but when I connect it with my tablet, it shows a black screen with "Connected - Display Off".

I'm attaching Dxdiag, setupapi, spacedesksetuplog again, updated to my installation.

Thank you for your time.

Hi @rnkron,
Thanks for sending the setup log and diagnostic files.
Could you please check the following:
- any error notification upon viewer connect?
- on display settings window of your primary machine if there's a detached second display?
- if spacedesk SERVER window (just click the spacedesk tray icon) shows any indication that there's a connected viewer (e.g. connections count, on Network connections (remote) tab?

I cannot install Spacedesk on my Notebook (Windows 10 64x). It presents the following error: Error reading from file [...]. Verify that the file exists and that you can access it.

Hi @robson-mattos,
Is your spacedesk Driver MSI installer located on your local machine and not on some remote location?
For further analysis, could you please send us the following:
- run dxdiag.exe on your primary machine, click "Save all information" and send us the output file (dxdiag.txt)
- spacedeskSetup.log file located in C:\Users\Public
- setupapi.dev.log file located in C:\Windows\INF

Please save all requested files in one folder, then right-click -> Send to -> Compressed (zipped) folder, then attach the *.zip file on your next reply.
Looking forward to your feedback.

PS: Attach option should be visible on your side after your second post.

I downloaded it directly from the Spacedesk website to my Notebook. I didn't find the spacedeskSetup.log file. It is not in the C: \ Users \ Public folder. And I didn't find a tool on the website to upload the zip file.

I didn't find the spacedeskSetup.log file. I only found the setupapi.dev.log file and dxdiag.txt.

Hi @robson-mattos,
Attach option should be visible on your side after your second post.
Can you please check again on your side? You should see it now below the text editor.

By the way, do you have any pending Windows Update?
Please make sure that your Windows 10 is updated.
