So when I am trying to use the display a error comes up saying that. I unblocked it from all firewalls and I removed splashtop. What else do i need to do please help

Also I saw on a previous post that I should run this sc delete lci_proxywddm . I tried it and it said Access Denied

Hi @nit,
Please run the Command Prompt as Administrator then type the command "sc delete lci_proxywddm" then restart your primary machine.

Yep thanks I tried restarting it and then it worked thanks for the help!
