incompatible display hook driver?

hi, im not particularly tech savvy and when i try to connect my secondary device to my driver, i get an error message saying i have an incompatible display hook driver; could anyone tell me what this means and how to resolve the issue? i have the updated version on both devices, thanks in advance 🙂

Hi @t0xicapple,
If you have splashtop or duet display software on your primary machine, please uninstall then reboot your primary machine before connecting spacedesk.
