[Solved] I can't use it at all

After the software is uninstalled, it cannot be reinstalled, indicating that the driver is installed and the driver cannot be uninstalled. I hope you can help me solve this problem, thank you

Hi @hoppoufubuki,
Is your primary machine Windows 8.1 or 10?
Can you quickly try to reboot your primary machine, then try to install it again.
If it doesn't help, could you please send us the following for further analysis:
- run dxdiag.exe on your primary machine, click "Save all information", save the output file (dxdiag.txt)
- spacedeskSetup.log file located in C:\Users\Public
- setupapi.dev.log file located in C:\Windows\INF
Please save all requested files in one folder, then right-click -> Send to -> Compressed (zipped) folder, then attach the *.zip file on your next reply.
Looking forward to your feedback.

I have restarted, but still cannot install.

I can't find attach file option lol,so I will send that dxdiag.txt by my e-mail.

Hi @hoppoufubuki,
Thanks for sending the requested files.
Could you please open the  device manager on your primary machine, just run devmgmt.msc then check the following:
- Keyboard -> spacedesk Keyboard
- Mice and other pointing devices -> spacedesk Mouse
If both devices are there, could you please try to right-click "uninstall device".
After that, please try again with spacedesk installation.

I try to uninstall device,spacedesk Keyboard & spacedesk Mouse,but I still can't instal.It will still show that the driver is installed

Hi @hoppoufubuki,
Can you quickly double check again in the device manager if spacedesk Keyboard and Mouse are already removed then try to reboot your primary machine, then try again with installation.
If install error still happen, can you send us the screenshot of the install error message generated during spacedesk installation.
Then please send us again the latest setupapi.dev.log file in the C:\Windows\INF.

I try it again and again,but it always can't work,I uesd v0943 from our website.I put the screenshot&setupapi.dev.log in this Desktop.zip

I think you uninstall the previous spacedesk version incorrectly.
How did you uninstall the previous spacedesk on your machine?
Can you remember what is the version of spacedesk you installed previously?

I think so,I uninstall it by IObit,and the version of spacedesk is spacedesk_64_driver_099z11_BETA

Do you still have the spacedesk_64_driver_099z11_BETA.msi file on your machine?
Can you try to run it to uninstall the previous version properly?

I can use it know!thank you very much!But I can find my computer in my Android phone,but I can't find it in my iphone.Even if I connect to the same WiFi, even when I add my IP address to the iPhone, my iPhone cannot find my computer

Glad to know that you were able to install the latest spacedesk now.
As for the iOS Viewer app, this is still a known issue with our native iOS Viewer app.
We are currently re-implementing it and hopefully is will also fix the discovery issue.
We will get back to you as soon as we have a new iOS Viewer app for you to try.

For now, you can try the HTML5 Viewer on your iPhone. Just go to http://viewer.spacedesk.net/ using your Safari or Google chrome browser then type the IP address of your primary machine to connect.
