[Solved] I can't connect 2 Displays? Error

On my Tablet comes the error 2-5 and Error Info 0-5 and the Connected Time 00:00:01

On my Phonecomes the error 2-5-6 and Error Info 0-5-8 and the Connected Time 00:00:51 or so (I can connect 1 Display at a Time). My phone has Android 9.0 and My Tablet 4.2.2. It works on my Tablet, but only 1 Connected Device. I use a Hotspot on my PC for the Connections...

Oh i forgot my PC has the Invidia GeForce GTX 750 Ti and My host has Windows 10.

Hi @lube,
Are you connecting via spacedesk android viewer app? or HTML5 viewer page?
Do you have Nvidia ShadowPlay/screen recording running on your primary machine?
Did you notice any error message on primary machine's task bar's notification area upon disconnect error?
For further analysis, could you please run dxdiag.exe on your primary machine, click "Save All Information", save the output file (dxdiag.txt) then attach it on your next reply.

The File is Attached (DxDiag.txt from dxdiag.exe).

Iam just runnung The Webbrowser and a Audio Program. My Primary Machine has never sent an error message at all.

Like i said am i using Android 4.2.2 on my tablet and Android 9.0 on my Phone

It said i can't attach an .txt file... And i can only get to 2000 Characters... Why? I try an .zip file with only the .txt

Thanks for sending your dxdiag info.
Not sure why you can't attach a txt file, other users were able to attach it.

Anyway, we will analyze it and get back to you as soon as we have further questions or new version for you to try.

I have found out, that the server has disconnected my Phone, because the error comes, if i shutdown the Server and the Devices just get "kicked" out. THats strange

Hi @lube,
Can you try to clear all display settings option in out spacedesk SERVER window?
Just click the spacedesk tray icon on your notification task bar, to open the spacedesk Server window, then click the "..." button to display a menu, then select "Clear All Display Settings".
Then try to connect again, and let us know if the same problem still persist.

The Problem still exists even if I have reset the display settings.

Like I said there is no error notification in primary machine.

Also I already got 2 monitors connected to my Graphic card.

Or is the problem the text zoom?

Hi @lube,

Ok, thank you for trying it.

I prepared a diagnostic script here, please download then extract it.
Inside you will find spacedeskDiagnosticTool.cmd, just right-click it then run as administrator.
This script will start a debug view app to capture spacedesk debug traces.
On step 5 it will prompt you to reproduce the issue (by connecting the 2 viewer app), make sure to do this before pressing any key to continue.
After the script is done, a folder will be created on the same folder as the script file which contains various log files that we need for analysis.
Please right-click it -> Send to -> Compressed (zipped) folder, then attach the *.zip file on your next reply.
Looking forward to your feedback.

Oh and it said that the Data were already taken... but it started the debug app anyway.

Hi @lube,
Thanks for sending the logs we are currently analyzing it.
Can you try the following steps:
- run services.msc, find spacedeskService then restart it
- reproduce again the issue
- then go to C:\Users\Public then compress the spacedesk_logs folder then send it to us.

Can you also quickly try to disable the Auto-rotation in the spacedesk Android viewer settings?

Where is services.msc located? i don't find it in here: C:\Windows\System32 where spacedesk is located

Just press Windows logo + R key, then type "services.msc"

not sure why but multiple android viewer app connection (up to 16) should be supported.. that's why we need to check all the spacedesk log files..

How do i end the task that is using the file? 7zip says a task is using the 2. file

You can copy the whole spacedesk_logs folder first on different location before compressing it.

IT WORKED!!! I don't know Why it worked, BUT IT WORKED!!!!! I thing i have to connect my Phone first and THEN my Tablet...
