[Solved] hi, i have problems with space desk

spacedesk when installed on the pc prevents snapchat lens studio from opening, but no error appears, how can I solve it? thanks

Hi @claudix29,

Can you please clarify, spacedesk - connected or not - prevents the snapchat software from opening?
I assume that if spacedesk is uninstalled, the software works again, is it correct?

For further analysis, please run dxdiag.exe on your primary machine,
click "Save All Information",
save the output file (dxdiag.txt) then attach it on your next reply.

hi, what he wrote is correct, if I uninstall spacedesk and restart the computer the program opens again. even if the secondary machine is not connected the problem persists

We already reproduced the issue.
We will probably release a new driver version with the potential fix next week.

Please download it from our website and check if this version fixes the issue.
