Got a connection problem

So i got this error:

Disconnected due to error:

Error Code: 1-2-0

Error Info: 0-3-4

 

Anyone that can help?

Hi @darksy,

This error indicates that the primary machine can be reached over the network but connection fails after the indicated connection time.
Possible reasons are the following:
1. Unstable network connection
   - Is your network reliable/stable?
2. Error in Primary Machine
   - Is the server showing an error message bubble?

Could you please send us the following details for further analysis:
Primary machine
- Operating system (Windows 7 / 8.1 / 10)
- Graphics Adapter (AMD / Intel / Nvidia / Microsoft Basic Display)
- Network type (wired / wireless / USB tethering / WiFi direct)
Secondary machine
- client type (android / iOS/ windows / html5)
- Network type (wired / wireless / USB tethering / WiFi direct)

Same connection problem I have encountered with my video calling application because my <a href=" removed link " target="true">Skype Mic Not Working properly and I cannot call anyone. I tried updating my drivers and everything still the problem is not solved.

Did you notice any error bubble message on your primary machine upon viewer connect?
We don't think that the skype mic problem is caused by our spacedesk driver.
Could you please verify if the skype mic will work if you remove/uninstall the spacedesk driver.

Could you please send us the following details for further analysis:
- run dxdiag.exe on your primary machine, click "Save All Information" then attach the output file (dxdiag.txt) on your next reply.
