Hi @bodispace,
what is your primary machine operating system (Windows 8.1/10)?
For further analysis, could you please send us the following:
- run dxdiag.exe on your primary machine, click "Save all information", save the output file (dxdiag.txt)
- spacedeskSetup.log file located in C:\Users\Public
- setupapi.dev.log file located in C:\Windows\INF
Please save all requested files in one folder, then right-click -> Send to -> Compressed (zipped) folder, then attach the *.zip file on your next reply.
PS: Attach option should be visible on your side after your second post.

Could you also please send the dxdiag.txt of your primary machine for further analysis.
By the way, do you have antivirus currently active on your primary machine?

Hi @bodispace,
Can you quickly try the Install/Uninstall troubleshooter program from the Microsoft Fix article.
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/17588/fix-problems-that-block-programs-from-being-installed-or-removed
If spacedesk is not on the program list, just select “Not Listed” then paste the product code of current spacedesk version below.
spacedesk_driver_Win_10_64_v0978_BETA.msi:{97A67668-A308-49EC-B462-67325EFCD3BC}
Then try again with spacedesk installation.

Do you have any other contact information? It's inefficient
Hi @bodispace,
Thanks for quickly trying it.
Unfortunately, we cannot read what's in the screenshot you sent.
Can you try to create another user account (with Administrator access) then try to install spacedesk using this new account?
