error code 2-5 error info 0-5 after updating spacedesk

I tried updating spacedesk on my primary machine and now it doesn't respond at all. 
I've tried the basic restart both machines but it still isn't responding

- Primary machine operating system (Windows / 10)
- Secondary machine operating system (Android)
- Primary machines's Graphics adapter (Nvidia)
- Network connection type (Wifi Direct)

Hi @lumi,

What is the connection time below the error code?
Did you get any error notification on your primary machine upon connection attempt?

For further analysis, could you please run dxdiag.exe on your primary machine, click "Save All Information", then attach the output file on your next reply.
PS: Attach option should be visible on your side after your second post.

The connection time was 1 second, and the only error notification I got on my primary machine was hearing the "connected" noise and hearing it instantly disconnect.
I got error info 0-5 if that helps at all.
(Doing this in two posts so I can attach my dxdiag.exe in the next post)

Hi @lumi,
Thanks for the feedback.
Can you quickly check if there's a spacedesk notification on your primary machine.
Just click the lower right corner icon of your Windows 10 primary machine to check the list of notifications.
Please check the screenshot attached.

I just tested and the connection works with my phone, but not with my chromebook running android. I dont really understand why

Hi @lumi,
On your chromebook, does the android viewer can discover the primary machine ? or did you input the IP address? Or did you get error code upon connection attempt?

Can you quickly try the spacedesk HTML5 viewer on your chromebook if it works?
Just open a web browser and go to http://viewer.spacedesk.net/ and connect to the IP address of the primary machine.

The mouse control works but the screen is black on viewer.spacedesk

It automatically connects to the IP of the primary machine using the app. I get the error code on connection attempt. There were a couple times where I ended up with a black screen and not an instant disconnect but its rare
