hello, I have problem

my desktop bubble notification says "Error - Driver not available!"

my second machine/android says "Disconect by server error"

my dxdiag :<a title="DxDiag" href="file:///D:/Android%20(Data%20Obb) removed link " target="true">file:///D:/Android%20(Data%20Obb) removed link

Hi @darkstarface,
Please make sure that you are using the most recent spacedesk Driver and Viewer app version.
Could you please quickly try to run services.msc on your primary machine, find spacedeskService and restart it, then try again with spacedesk.
For assistance, please also check troubleshooting chapters in our user manual https://spacedesk.net/user-manual/.
By the way, posting link is not allowed please attach your dxdiag on your next reply.
PS: Attach option should be visible on your side after your second post.

thank you for feedback but i try all metode in diferrent forum but nothing work, this is my dxdiag

Hi @darkstarface,
Thanks for sending your dxdiag info.
It seems that you have an old AMD graphics adapter, can you try to update it?
You can download the latest AMD driver version from their website.
Maybe try this link https://www.amd.com/en/support/previous-drivers/apu/amd-series-processors/amd-a6-series-apu-for-desktops/a6-6310-radeon-r4-graphics

Hi @darkstarface,
Please try our latest spacedesk Driver version 0.9.77 on our website.
We have a potential fix for the "error - driver not available" case that might be the solution on your problem. Please let us know if it works.
