Hi,

I’ve use spacedesk for my laptop and iPad for a month. But these days I cannot use it due to error.

Error Code: [-, -, -, 2, 0]

Error Info: [-, -, -, 0, 4]

Connected time: 00:00:00

 

I don’t know why and I want to use this again.

Please let me know how can I do.

 

Laptop: windows10 pro / Core i5-5200U / 

iPad: iPad Air2 / iPadOS 13.3.1

Hi @yoko,
Did you update to latest spacedesk Driver v0.9.38?
Did you notice any error notification in primary machine side upon connection attempt?
For further analysis, could you please run dxdiag.exe on your primary machine click "Save All Information", save the output file (dxdiag.txt) then attach it on your next reply.
Attach option should be visible below the text editor after your first or second post.

Hello,

I updated to latest spasedesk driver Ver.0.9.38 for sure.

And any error notifiation was not on primary PC.

 

Also, I don’t know how do I run dxdag.exe.

(And I also don’t know how do I put something on this message.)

Please let me know how do I run dxdag.exe.

I'm having the same issue today.  I was connected this morning, and then spacedesk stopped connecting.  I am receiving the same error code upon trying to reconnect. 

I have updated all display drivers, uninstalled and reinstalled both the primary and secondary clients, and reset the network.

I also updated spacedesk to version 0.9.42.

Hi @yoko,

Please try spacedesk Driver v0.9.42.

Did you set up a Mobile Hotspot/WiFi Direct connection on your Windows 10 machine?
If yes, is the iPad device connected to it?

If the problem still persists, please send us the dxdiag text file.
Run dxdiag.exe by pressing the Windows logo + R keys then type in dxdiag.exe.
When dxdiag.exe opens, click "Save All Information", save the output file (dxdiag.txt) then attach it on your next reply.

 

PS: We are re-implementing the iOS viewer app with the new architecture. Hopefully, this will fix the bug you reported. It will be available in the next few weeks.

What is your client device?

PS: In case you have an iOS device, we are re-implementing the iOS viewer app with the new architecture. Hopefully, this will fix the bug you reported. It will be available in the next few weeks.
