[Solved] Error code 1-2-0 error info 0-3-4

Dear sir or madam,

From the manual, I find some info.

Nvidia ShadowPlay – Current spacedesk version has a known issue with Nvidia ShadowPlay. While Nvidia ShadowPlay (screen record) is active, spacedesk will give an error code 1-2-0 on the viewer side. Just disable it in order to use spacedesk.
Night Light – Windows Night Light settings is currently not supported on spacedesk displays.

 

So, I update the latest Nvidia driver and close the experimental features and in-game overlay, but spacedesk still cannot work and show the Error code 1-2-0 error info 0-3-4 on the screen. I have tried to run command prompt as administrator and typed the following commands. But these below are not running.

sc query ddkmd
sc query FLxHCIv
sc query lci_proxykmd
sc query lci_proxywddm
 
I don't know how to solve the problem. Could you please help me?

Hi @kevin_wang,

what is your primary machine's operating system (Windows 8.1/10)? and Graphics Adapter (AMD/Intel/Nvidia)?
What is the connection time (it's below the error code)?
Did you notice any error notification on your primary machine upon connection attempt?
For further analysis, could you please run dxdiag.exe on your primary machine, click "Save All Information", then attach the output file (dxdiag.txt) on your next reply.
PS: Attach option should be visible on your side after your second post.

Thanks for your reply.

It's win10 and Nvidia 1050Ti.

The connection time is 00:00:01.

When I try to connect, the primary machine's status changes to spacedesk ERROR.

Hi @kevin_wang,
Thanks for sending your dxdiag info.
Does your primary machine monitors flickers during spacedesk connection attempt?
To analyze further the issue, please download the spacedesk diagnostic script here, then extract it.

Inside you will find spacedeskDiagnosticTool.cmd, just right-click it then run as administrator.
This script will start a debug view app to capture spacedesk debug traces.
On step 5 it will prompt you to reproduce the issue (by trying to connect the viewer app and trigger the spacedesk ERROR status), make sure to do this before pressing any key to continue.
After the script is done, a folder will be created on the same folder as the script file which contains various log files that we need for analysis.
Please right-click it -> Send to -> Compressed (zipped) folder, then attach the *.zip file on your next reply.

Hi @kevin_wang,
Thanks for sending the diagnostic files.
It seems that you still have an old spacedesk Driver on your primary machine which is now expired.
Please update the spacedesk Driver to latest version 0.9.70 which is available in our website. https://spacedesk.net/
