This error code indicates that the primary machine can be reached over the network but connection fails after the indicated connection time.
Possible reasons are the following:
1. Unstable network connection
   - Is your network reliable/stable?
2. Error on spacedesk Primary Machine
   - Is the server showing an error message bubble?
   - Is the spacedesk tray menu icon on the primary machine set to Error?
For further analysis, could you please run dxdiag.exe on your primary machine, click "Save all information" and attach the output file on your next reply.
Can you also tell us the client type (Android/iOS/Windows/HTML5) and network type (wired/wireless/USB tethering/wifi hotspot) on your secondary machine are you using?
Looking forward to your feedback.

Yes the server is showing an error message bubble is say
Duet Display, Splashtop, Fresco Logic, etc. Driver Detected - Incompatible Display Hook Driver
Yes , it is

I even try the forum from a guy with the same error like me and it's not working so yeah.

My secondary machine is an Android and connected with wireless because i don't know how to use through USB

Do you have any of these software installed on your primary machine?
- splashtop
- Duet display
- Fresco Logic
- old DisplayLink driver

If yes, please uninstall it in order to use spacedesk.

Could you please run Command Prompt as Admin, then type the following commands and check each result if the state is "RUNNING":
- sc query lci_proxykmd <enter>
- sc query ddkmd <enter>
- sc query dlkmd <enter>
- sc query FLxHCIv <enter>

Thank you for the feedback.
It shows that you still have the OSBASE driver on your machine.
Did you install Duet Display or iDisplay software before?
If yes, then the uninstallation probably fails to remove this driver.
To manually remove this driver on your primary machine please follow the steps here.
- Run command prompt as admin then type the following commands:
"sc stop ddmgr"
"sc delete ddmgr"
"sc delete ddkmdldr"
"sc delete ddkmd”
- Reboot your PC.
After reboot, please try again with spacedesk.
Looking forward to your feedback.

Hi @jackie27,
Is the bubble message still about "Incompatible Display Hook Driver detected"?
Or is it a different message now?
Did you restart your primary machine after deleting the "ddkmd" ?

Hi @jackie27,
Could you please try the following:
- run "services.msc" on your primary machine the find spacedeskService then right-click Restart
- then check if your viewer can discover again the server
- if you still get the same error bubble message please double-check again with the following commands (to check which are still running):
  sc query ddmgr
  sc query ddkmdldr
  sc query ddkmd
if the above commands shows "service does not exist", please check with other drivers:
  sc query MCTDesktopSvr
  sc query mctkmd
  sc query mctkmdldr
  sc query DisplayLinkService
  sc query dlkmdldr
  sc query lci_proxywddm

We are glad that it's working now.
There are few more things you can try to improve the performance:
1. USB Tethering (if your android client supports it)
2. Setup a Hosted Network connection on your Windows 7 machine.
Please refer to the Performance tuning chapter in our user manual for further instructions on how to setup USB Tethering or Hosted Network.
