Hello, I just installed Spacedesk and I cant run it at all, Im using Win 10 as a primary and Android phone as Viewer machine. I was trying to connect from another android phone also, but with the same result. And I tried both, wired (USB) and wireless connections. The primary machine is showing error - Driver not available.Hope you can figure it out.

Hi @tomasryska,
Are you using the most recent spacedesk Driver v0.9.78?

For further analysis, could you please run dxdiag.exe on your primary machine, click "Save All Information", then attach the output file (dxdiag.txt) on your next reply.
PS: Attach option should be visible on your side after your second post.

Hi @tomasryska,
Thanks for sending your dxdiag info.

To further analyze this issue, please download the spacedesk diagnostic script here, then extract it.

Inside you will find spacedeskDiagnosticTool.cmd, just right-click it then run as administrator.
This script will start a debug view app to capture spacedesk debug traces.
On step 5 it will prompt you to reproduce the issue (by connecting the viewer app and wait for the issue to happen), make sure to do this before pressing any key to continue.
After the script is done, a folder will be created on the same folder as the script file which contains various log files that we need for analysis.
Please right-click it -> Send to -> Compressed (zipped) folder, then attach the *.zip file on your next reply.

Hi @tomasryska,
Thanks for sending the diagnostic logs.
Next - could you please try the following:
- run devmgmt.msc to open the device manager
- click View tab -> click "Devices by connection"
- click View tab -> click "Show hidden devices"
- scroll down and check if you can find any "hidden" spacedesk devices (e.g. spacedesk Graphics Adapter)

There I have 3 hidden devices - "spacedesk Graphics Adapter", "spacedesk Mouse" and "spacedesk virtual HID Device"

Hi @tomasryska,
Could you please try the following:
- run the spacedesk msi installer and click "Remove" to uninstall spacedesk
- check again the device manager for hidden devices
- if all 3 hidden devices are still there, then try to manually uninstall these hidden devices, just right-click "Uninstall device", make sure to check the "Delete the driver software for this device".
- run again the msi installer to reinstall the spacedesk driver v0.9.78.
- then try again to connect the spacedesk and check if it will work now.

I figured out, that I had used corrupted Windows instalation, so I basically completely reinstaled Windows and all apps and now it is working. Thanks for your support! Have a great day!
