[Solved] Error 2-5

Hi 

I have I also received error 2-5 when connecting and my os win 10 64

I tested with another computer and it was not problem , but its os was win 7.

Hi @hexagon,
What is the connection time?
Did you notice any error notification on your Windows 10 primary machine?
For further analysis, could you please send us he following details:
Primary Machine
- operating system (Windows 8.1/10)?
- graphics adapter (AMD/Intel/Nvidia)
- network connection type (wired/wireless/USB tethering/WiFi Direct)

Secondary Machine
- Viewer type (Android/iOS/Windows/HTML5)
- network connection type (wired/wireless/USB tethering/WiFi Direct)

By the way, I moved your post on a new topic since it was originally posted on a topic about installer issue which is not related.

_no

-win 10

-intel 1650 tuf

-its wireless and but did'nt work with wired

-android

Thanks for the info.

Could you also please run dxdiag.exe on your primary machine, click "Save All Information", then attach the output file (dxdiag.txt) on your next reply.

Hi @hexagon,

Thanks for sending your dxdiag info.
It seems that you have splashtop software installed on your primary machine.
Please uninstall it then reboot your primary machine.
After that spacedesk should work now.
