Hello

Today I have been using Spacedesk like every other day, then i Restarted PC and suddenly i couldn't connect to my secondary machine(laptop) neither my android.

Firstly I tried to uninstall and reinstall (repair option) on "server" machine but the message was still there

my error says Error - Duet Display, Splashtop, Fresco Logic, etc. Driver Detected - Incompatible Display Hook Driver.

when i connect secondary monitor on 2nd monitor is black screen and text:Connected-Display OFF, the same on android, but at least they can detect the server so it is not connection.

On the server on tab Network Connections(remote) says No remote connection, but my secondary systems are ready and working.

also Connections says 0

I tried uninstall every "hook like" program, ccleaner, update Intel hd Graphic530(up to date, so it didnt updated), recovered from November 2019, some resommendations from this forum about disabling other hooks but nothing

system Lenovo 310-15ISK;i3-6100u CPU, Nvidia 920MX

I would appreciate any help

Hi @dodo,
Did you already uninstall the splashtop software on your machine?
If lci_proxywddm is still running, then splashtop did not uninstall their driver properly.
Please try the following steps below.
- run command prompt as administrator on your primary machine
- type "sc delete lci_proxywddm" enter
- reboot your primary machine
Then try to connect the spacedesk.
Looking forward to your feedback.

Hey @spacedesklea,

I have the same problem, but when i type "sc query lci_proxywddm" it says that the service is running (not stoppable, not pausable, ignores shutdown). Then I try "sc delete lci_proxywddm", reboot and the service is not deleted.

I would appreciate any help.

Did you run the Windows command line (cmd.exe) at elevated privilege level "as Administrator"?
