Please check if display is detached.
Just right-click somewhere on your desktop then select "Display settings".
On display settings window, click the detached second display, then scroll down for the multiple displays drop-down menu then try to attach by selecting either "Extend these displays" or "Duplicate these displays".
In case the problem still persists, please send us the following details:
- Windows operating system (OS)
- Graphics adapter/s (e.g. Intel, Nvidia, AMD)
- Network connection type (e.g. Wireless, Wired, WiFi Direct/Hosted Network, USB tethering)
- Client type (e.g. Windows, Android, iOS, or HTML5 viewer)
- Network connection type
Please also run dxdiag.exe on your primary machine, click "Save All Information" then attach the output file (dxdiag.txt) on your next reply.
