Hi @leoher,

With our recent spacedesk Driver version, spacedesk Graphics Adapter on device manager will only be visible after a successful viewer connection.

Can you quickly try with spacedesk HTML5 viewer on the same iOS device.
Just open a web browser (e.g. Safari, Google Chrome) then go to http://viewer.spacedesk.net/, then try to connect to the IP address of your primary machine.

Looking forward to your feedback.

Hi @leoher,
Thanks for quickly trying it.
What exactly is happening on your side? Cannot discovery primary machine? Or failed connection attempt with error code or "display off" status?

For further analysis, could you please run dxdiag.exe on your primary machine, click "Save All Information", then attach the output file on your next reply.
PS: Attach option should be visible on your side after your second post.

Hi @leoher,
Thanks for sending your dxdiag info.
Are both Windows 10 machine and iOS device connected on the same wireless network with the same network band/frequency (e.g. 2.4Ghz or 5.0Ghz)?

What is the network profile of your wifi network on your windows 10 machine?
Is it Public or Private network?
Just open Windows Settings -> Network & Internet, then click the WiFi properties.

Hi Lea,

Normally i use one machine, i try with the other machine and works, but this on the machine that i sent you the dxdiag and i use all the time.

The network its public, i switch for private and still not work.

I think that could be third party firewall software, Mcafee, and i dont have the access to the console for include this program on the list. exists other way to include on the rules?

Thanks

Hi @leoher,

Yes, it's probably the McAfee firewall. You have to include the C:\Winodws\system32\spacedeskService.exe in the exception list to allow spacedesk connection.
May I know why you don't have access to the McAfee control panel?

Hi Lea

Was blocked by the administrator, exists a workaround to allow this program without the control panel?

Hi @leoher,
I see..
As of now I cannot find any workaround to allow spacedesk on McAfee firewall settings without opening the McAfee control panel.
You have to notify the administrator and add this exception.
