cursor move out of the external monitor

I connected to my external monitor and arranged the external monitor on the left. But my cursor can move out of the external monitor on the far left and the cursor changed to a "cross". I was wondering if there is a way to prevent the cursor from moving out of the external monitor.

Hi @iorent,

Currently Windows Viewer have 2 types of mouse control functionality:
Mouse local - works like a touch that shows absolute input position of the mouse pointer within your viewer screen. The mouse pointer changes to cross is a feature that indicates your mouse pointer is currently over the viewer screen.
Mouse remote - remotely control the mouse input and position across all the displays of your primary machine.

For now, there's no option to disable the mouse functionality, you just have to choose which one of these mouse functionality works for you or  just don't click over the viewer screen to prevent the mouse functionality activation.
You can set in the Windows Viewer's Functionality settings before you connect.

I have a PC with a physical touch screen. Once I connect SPACEDESK the touch screen stops doing the touch correctly. Now it makes the touch of the main screen. How does SPACEDESK stop the already operational screen from working properly? How can I fix it?

Hi @paucurses,

I have a PC with a physical touch screen.

Is it your secondary machine where you run the spacedesk Windows viewer app?

PC + Physical touch screen + SpaceDesk (smartphone) =
The physical touch screen does not work properly, it now acts as the main touch screen of the PC ...

How can I fix it?

Hi @paucurses,
Can you quickly try to disable the "Touch screen control" on the spacedesk viewer Settings -> Touchscreen?

I have done several tests. PC changes, physical touch screen change and smartphone (PC) change and exactly the same thing happens.

Hi @paucurses,
Thanks for the info.
We will continue to investigate this issue. In the mean time could you please run dxdiag.exe on your primary machine, click "Save All Information", save the output file (dxdiag.txt) then attach it on your next reply.
