Hi @fuorissimo,
Is it a BSOD (Blue Screen of Death) crash?
What is your network connection type? Wireless/Wired/USB tethering/WiFI Direct?
For further analysis, could you please send us the following:
- run dxdiag.exe on your Primary Machine, click "Save all information", save the output file (dxdiag.txt)
- most recent *.dmp file in C:\Windows\minidump
Please save all requested files in one folder, then right-click -> Send to -> Compressed (zipped) folder, then attach the *.zip file on your next reply.

PS: Attach option should be visible below the text editor after your second post.

HI @fuorissimo, thanks for sending the requested file.
We will analyze the dump files and get back to you as soon as we have news regarding this issue.

Does the BSOD/crash happen only when spacedesk is connected?
Can you consistently reproduce it?
Did you observed anything before it crashes (e.g. screen flickering, lag, etc)?

Hi @fuorissimo,
Based on the dump analysis, AMD driver is indeed crashing and we saw our latest spacedesk HID driver there maybe it's confusing with the AMD software.
For now, can you try each of our suggestions below:
1. Disable spacedesk touch device
- Run devmgmt.msc on your primary machine, click View tab, select "Device by connection".
- Find spacedesk virtual HID Device, underneath it right-click the HID-compliant touch screen the click "Disable device".
- Run services.msc, find spacedeskService then right-click restart it.
- try to connect spacedesk and check if it will crash again.

PS: If BSOD/crash still persist, try to disable all devices underneath "spacedesk virtual HID Device" (except for HID Keyboard Device, you have to uninstall it), then after that right-click Disable device the spacedesk virtual HID Device.
Restart again the spacedeskService then try to connect a viewer and check if BSOD/crash still reproducible.

2. Try older AMD graphics driver
You can download the previous driver version from their website.
Please check this link: https://www.amd.com/en/support/previous-drivers/graphics/amd-radeon-r9-series/amd-radeon-r9-200-series/amd-radeon-r9-285
After downgrading the AMD driver, please restart your machine and try again with spacedesk and check if BSOD/crash is still reproducible.

We are also trying to reproduce the crash, we have the same AMD graphics adapter here but so far it's not yet reproducible.
But we will continue to try.

Looking forward to you feedback.

Hi @fuorissimo,

BSOD (Blue Screen of Death)is confirmed and reproducible
- on AMD Radeon R9 200 Series Graphics adapter (amdkmdag.sys)
- on Windows 10 version 2004
- on Adrenalin 2020 Edition 20.7.1 Optional Release date: 7/9/2020 (up to the latest version)

Older AMD Radeon driver version seems to work without BSOD crash.

Please download and install Adrenalin 2020 Edition 20.4.2 Recommended (WHQL)
Release Date: 5/26/2020
https://www.amd.com/en/support/graphics/amd-radeon-r9-series/amd-radeon-r9-200-series/amd-radeon-r9-285

Additional info: The BSOD crash can usually be reproduced easily when opening the AMD Radeon Software window while spacedesk is connected.
