A while ago, I contacted datronicsoft through the mobile app about an issue. They told me to contact their support team. (At that point the only way to contact them was either through the app or through customer support (through e-mail). They asked for some files (I can't remember which though). After many many weeks (I think it was 5-6), they finally told me it might not have been working because SpaceDesk does not work with devices that have SLI Technology. I looked up my graphics card (NVS 5400M) and could not find anyone saying my GPU has SLI Technology. I contacted them again but had no response. I am still waiting for another response.
My message/review left on the Play Store: " I tried this with my Windows 10 desktop, and it worked like a charm. But when I tried it with my Windows 7 laptop (ThinkPad T530) it did not work at all. Every time I tried to connect, my laptop would shut down and give me the BlueScreen. I have made sure that I did not have any extra monitors connected (I have a docking station), and made sure I had the right versions (on both my tablet and laptop)."
