A while ago, I contacted datronicsoft through the mobile app about an issue. They told me to contact their support team. (At that point the only way to contact them was either through the app or through customer support (through e-mail). They asked for some files (I can't remember which though). After many many weeks (I think it was 5-6), they finally told me it might not have been working because SpaceDesk does not work with devices that have SLI Technology. I looked up my graphics card (NVS 5400M) and could not find anyone saying my GPU has SLI Technology. I contacted them again but had no response. I am still waiting for another response.

My message/review left on the Play Store: " I tried this with my Windows 10 desktop, and it worked like a charm. But when I tried it with my Windows 7 laptop (ThinkPad T530) it did not work at all. Every time I tried to connect, my laptop would shut down and give me the BlueScreen. I have made sure that I did not have any extra monitors connected (I have a docking station), and made sure I had the right versions (on both my tablet and laptop)."

We apologize for the delayed feedback.
We have analyzed all 5 dump files you sent to us before.
The bugcheck error on 4 dump files shows VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE and the other one shows VIDEO_DXGKRNL_FATAL_ERROR, pointing to your Intel graphics adapter.
We even tried to reproduce the problem here, but so far it's working properly on our side.
Could you please try this link:
https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/intel-driver-support-assistant.html
This will scan your Windows 7 primary machine and will show if there's available updates.
Please try to download/install all the updates that will be available (especially on your Intel graphics driver).
After installing the updates please reboot your primary machine then try again with spacedesk.

I went to the page, downloaded the "Intel Driver & Support Assistant", checked to see if any updates were available and it showed me a green bar saying: "Your Intel® software is up to date." I tried again, the same thing happened. Below is the detailed report (I have a character limit of 2000, that's why there are multiple replies):

Hi @turner,

thank you for the detailed feedback.
Currently we don't have the solution for the blue screen. Does your BIOS settings has Nvidia Optimus technology, where you can switch off/on your Nvidia graphics adapter?

Please also try to update you Nvidia NVS 5400M graphics adapter . You can download the latest driver from Nvidia's website.

OR do you have any third-party antivirus software that might cause a conflict with our spacedesk driver (WDDM Hook driver)?
