1.primary laptop has latest version and secondary laptop is using HTML5 Viewer. But client version doesnt work, not able to detect primary laptop even though I typed IP-address manually.

2.100% sure IT address is correct but it still shows "make sure your server-IP correct"

3.I am linking campus WIFI.

Thanks a lot

We have similar reports regarding connection problem when using public wireless network, but on some reports spacedesk is working.
Typically we cannot troubleshoot networks in public places.
We assume that one reason might be the (Campus) wireless router settings could have wireless isolation enabled.
With this settings, it will prevent direct communication between the connected devices/computers.
Have you already tried to ping test both of your machine to verify that it's connected on the same network and can reach each other?

As an alternative, maybe you can try to setup other network connection between your primary and secondary machine.
1. If you have an extra Ethernet cable, maybe you can setup a network connection via crossover Ethernet cable between two machines.
2. Mobile Hotspot/WiFi Direct connection if your primary machine is Windows 10
3. Hosted network connection if your primary machine is Windows 7/8.1
For more details, please refer to our user manual.

Thanks for your answer Mr.Lea. After following your solutions, now it does work on web page of HTML5 which is compressed quality and moving slow, but not client version. Now primary machine is detectable but unable to connect to second one. The parameters of "sent' "FPS" "Rcvd" are changing on second screen which still presents its original screen instead of primary screen. hopefully i clearly explain the issue.

Hi @hedong433664
Are you trying to connect a second HTML5 viewer?
If yes, then it will not work. Currently we only allow 1 HTML5 viewer connection at a time.
You can also try our native Windows viewer app instead of second HTML5 viewer.
