Connection issue

Hello, I was able to connect once, and after about 2 minutes it kicked me out and I am unable to connect again.

I get this error;                                                                                                                                        
Error Code: [-, -, -, 2, 0]

Error Info: [-, -, -, 0, 4] 

Connected time: 00:00:00

Hi @mirinjesse,

What is your client device?
Did you set up a Mobile Hotspot/WiFi Direct/Hosted Network connection on your Windows machine?
If yes, is the device connected to it?

Did you notice any error notification in the primary machine upon connection attempt?

For further analysis, please run dxdiag.exe on your primary machine,
click "Save All Information",
save the output file (dxdiag.txt) then attach it on your next reply.


PS: In case you have an iOS device, we are re-implementing the iOS viewer app with the new architecture. Hopefully, this will fix the bug you reported. It will be available in the next few weeks.
