In the past both items have been working, but now I can not get my amazon fire or my android phone to connect to my windows PC.

I have install update windows server, and apps on phone and table.

The problem I have is when I attempt a connection:

   - The tabled tries to connect

  - windows reports "Error - Failed to plug additional display"

  - table attempts to connect again

This the goes into an endless loop, with the PC beeping its notification of the error, and the table displaying a black screen with a connection display off message. Very annoying.

Any help would be appreciated.

Update:

I just turned off Auto connect, and the client now reports a error:

"Disconnection by server error

     Error Code 2-5

    Error Info 0:5

connection time 00:00:01

Did you update both spacedesk Driver (0.9.32) and Android Viewer (v0.9.51) app?
Could you please send us the following for further analysis:
- run dxdiag.exe on your primary machine, click "Save All Information", save the output file (dxdiag.txt)
- spacedeskSetup.log file located in C:\Users\Public folder
Please save all requested files in one folder, then right-click -> Send to -> Compressed (zipped) folder, then attach the *.zip file on your next reply.
Looking forward to your feedback.

Logs as requested.

I noticed that the Public removed link file was old, there is a spacedesk_log directory that has recent files. I can send it if this helps.

Best wishes

Richard

Thanks for sending the requested files.
The spacedeskSetup.log file was old, the contents of the log file should be updated if you update to the latest spacedesk driver.
Did you update your spacedesk Driver on your Windows 10 to latest version 0.9.32?
You can download the latest driver from our website https://spacedesk.net/ .

Hi,

Not sure what driver version I am at, since the spacedesk app is stating 0.9.13, and the windows is stating I have 0.9.995.0. So bit confused. I thought I have updated.

Best wishes

richard

Hi @rregan,
On your spacedeskSetup.log file, you have installed 0.9.13 and that is an old version of driver.
Please uninstall it via Windows Control Panel -> Programs and Feature and uninstall the current spacedesk Driver there.
After that please download and install the latest spacedesk driver v0.9.32 on our website.
