Is your network connection between primary and secondary machine stable/reliable? Did you notice any error bubble message on the primary machine when it disconnects? Can you tell us your primary and secondary machine details (e.g. operating system, graphics adapter, viewer type, network type, etc..) You may also try enabling the auto-reconnect feature so viewer can auto-reconnect to the server. For more info, please refer to our spacedesk user manual.
