Hello There!

I downloaded the latest version off SpaceDesk. The Programm is running sofar. When I go to my secondary display on the app (IOS), I can choose the Primary Machine, but if I tap on it, a black screen appears with the words "Connecting to xx.xxx.xx.xxx(my IP-Adress)" and nothing else happens. On my Space desk driver on the Primary Machine Status = ON(IDLE) and the Connections = 0;

I use Windwos 10 on my Primary Machine.

Any recommondations on how to fix the Problem ?

Hi @beo9000,

Did you wait for atleast a minute while the viewer is trying to connect to the IP address?
Sometimes, the first connection takes time before it actually connects to the primary machine.
Can you also quickly try to connect using the HTML5 viewer on the same iOS device, just run a web browser (e.g. Safari, Google Chrome) then go to http://viewer.spacedesk.net/ and try to connect to your primary machine's IP address and check if you get the same result.

For further analysis, could you please send us the following details:
Primary Machine
- operating system (Windows 8.1/10)?
- graphics adapter (AMD/Intel/Nvidia)
- network connection type (wired/wireless/USB tethering/WiFi Direct)

Secondary Machine
- Viewer type (Android/iOS/Windows/HTML5)
- network connection type (wired/wireless/USB tethering/WiFi Direct)

Please run dxdiag.exe on your primary machine, click "Save All Information", then attach the output file (dxdiag.txt) on your next reply.
PS: Attach option should be visible on your side after your second post.
