Currently spacedesk and splashtop wired xdisplay driver cannot co-exist in one machine.
You need to remove splashtop (then reboot) before you connect spacedesk again.
For more info, please read Incompatible Display Hook Driver Detected chapter in our user manual.

Did you uninstall splashtop properly?
lci_proxywddm is a splashtop driver, if you uninstall splashtop then this driver should also be deleted (probably a bug in their installer).
Could you please try the following steps:
- run Command Prompt as Administrator
- type the command: sc delete lci_proxywddm
- reboot your primary machine
After reboot, please try again with spacedesk.

Did you reboot your primary machine after removing splashtop earlier?
If no, please reboot now and try again with spacedesk.
