[Solved] Connected - Display off

This is what I get on my phone, not an error message. And my PC freezes except for my mouse.
Operating system: Win10

Graphics adapter: AMD
Network: Wired/LAN

Secondary Machine: iPhone 8
Viewer type: IOS

Connection: Wired/Thru charger

Hi @gio0505,
Is your AMD graphics driver updated?
Did you notice any error notification on primary machine?
Do you maybe have splashtop wiredX display software installed on your primary machine?

Did you reboot your primary machine after you uninstall the splashtop software?

Hi @gio0505,
You can download the latest AMD driver from their website https://www.amd.com/en/support.
Could you please try our most recent spacedesk Driver v0995 on our website https://spacedesk.net/.

If the problem still persist, we would like to ask for some diagnostic logs to further analyze the problem.
Please download the spacedesk diagnostic script here, then extract it.

Inside you will find spacedeskDiagnosticTool.cmd, just right-click it then run as administrator.
This script will start a debug view app to capture spacedesk debug traces.
On step 5 it will prompt you to reproduce the issue (by connecting the viewer app and wait for the issue to happen), make sure to do this before pressing any key to continue.
After the script is done, a folder will be created on the same folder as the script file which contains various log files that we need for analysis.
Please right-click it -> Send to -> Compressed (zipped) folder, then attach the *.zip file on your next reply.

Hi @gio0505,
Thanks for sending your diagnostic logs.
Based on your dxdiag info, your CPU is AMD, but your graphics adapter is NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 and it's already updated.

Could you please try to connect again the spacedesk viewer then check the display settings window if you can find a detached secondary display.
If it's there, just attach it by selecting Extend or Duplicate on Multiple displays dropdown list.

@Spacedesk Lea How am I suppose to do this when my screen freezes on connection?

Hi @gio0505,
Do you maybe have Nvidia ShadowPlay/screen recording/instant replay running on your primary machine?
That's one of the possible reason if screen freezes upon spacedesk connect..
