Hi @tubitex,
Maybe you current spacedesk Driver on your primary machine is already expired?
Please check more info here: https://forum.spacedesk.ph/community/postid/5920/

What is your current spacedesk Driver version on your primary machine?
Did you already update to our most recent driver version 0.9.79?

Hi @tubitex,

Thanks for verifying.

To further analyze this issue, please download the spacedesk diagnostic script here, then extract it.
https://www.dropbox.com/s/ilm5em35h0ygsfm/2020_spacedeskDiagnosticTool.zip?dl=0

Inside you will find spacedeskDiagnosticTool.cmd, just right-click it then run as administrator.
This script will start a debug view app to capture spacedesk debug traces.
On step 5 it will prompt you to reproduce the issue (by connecting the viewer app and wait for the issue to happen), make sure to do this before pressing any key to continue.
After the script is done, a folder will be created on the same folder as the script file which contains various log files that we need for analysis.
Please right-click it -> Send to -> Compressed (zipped) folder, then attach the *.zip file on your next reply.

When I open the tool as administrator the tab opens and closes instantly.

Hi @tubitex,
Do you have Nvidia ShadowPlay/screen recording/Instant replay currently running on your primary machine?
If yes, please disable it before connecting spacedesk viewer.

Did you notice any error notification on primary machine upon connection attempt?
For further analysis, could you please run dxdiag.exe on your primary machine, click "Save All Information", then attach the output file (dxdiag.txt) on your next reply.

No there is no Error on the Primary Machine. But on the iPad, in addition to Connected-Display Off, Trying to reconnect sometimes appears for a millisecond.

Hi @tubitex,
Thanks for sending your dxdiag info.
It seems that you have splashtop software installed on your primary machine.
Please uninstall it and reboot your primary machine, spacedesk should work now after this.
For more info please check "Incompatible Display Hook Driver Detected" chapter in our user manual https://spacedesk.net/user-manual/.

PS: Please also use our most recent spacedesk Driver v0981 on our website, we have a major bug (high CPU usage) fix on this new version.
