Hi @souvik97,
Can you please verify if this problem happens on the same primary and secondary machine?
When using 5GHz network and during display off, is there another display plugged in the Display Settings?
Please also include the following information:
- Primary and Secondary machine's operating systems
- Primary machines's Graphics adapter (AMD/Intel/Nvidia/Microsoft Basic Display)
- Network connection type (Wired/Wireless/USB tethering/Wifi Direct/Hosted Network)
Looking forward to your feedback.
Thanks for the reply

Hi @souvik97,
Thank you for the feedback.
Please attach the following files on your next response:
- all spacedesk_log_xxxx.etl log files located in C:\Users\Public\spacedesk_logs folder (just right-click the folder then send to compressed (zipped) folder).
- run dxdiag.exe on your Primary Machine, click "Save all information" and send us the output file (Dxdiag.txt)
Looking forward to your feedback.

Hi @souvik97,
When the issue happens, can you please check in Device Manager if the spacedesk Graphics Adapter has yellow mark?
For further analysis, please send us the latest WudfHost_ext__xxxx.dmp file/s located in C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\WDF.
Please take note that ProgramData folder is hidden by default. In case you cannot find it you should enable first the "Show hidden files, folders and drives" option.
Open a File Explorer -> View -> Options, on Folder Options window, click View tab then click the "Show hidden files, folders and drives" to enable it then apply the changes.
Looking forward to your feedback.

Hi @souvik97,
Thank you very much for sending us the file.
