Are both primary machine and secondary machine connected on the same local area network? Do you have VPN enabled? Do you have third-party firewall installed?
What is your spacedesk Viewer type (Android/iOS/Windows)?
What is your network connection type (wired/wireless/USB tethering/wifi direct)?

For further analysis, could you please run dxdiag.exe on your primary machine, click "Save All Information" then attach the output file (dxdiag.txt) on your next reply.
